It’s that time of the year again Movember and the team at Beard & Blade have put together some of our favourite products to get your mo looking it’s best. Mastering how to grow a moustache naturally takes time and maintenance. Whatever the reason, some guys have committed to growing a moustache and we’re here to help.   

WHERE TO BEGIN 
Begin by growing a full beard first, your mo can look a little patchy at first so allow your beard & moustache a couple of weeks of growth. Once you are happy with the growth begin by cleaning up around the beard using our Beard & Blade Hero Trimmer. Using a beard trimmer will make the job easier, whilst reducing the chance of shaver rash and ingrown hairs.

TRIM AS IT GROWS
Trim what you don’t want, starting from around your cheeks, mouth and along your jawline. It is inevitable that messiness and unruliness will become a problem when you grow a mo. Trimming your Mo helps maintain a neat appearance, as well as defining your mo's style, giving you a better idea of whether the style works for you. Using beard scissors is an inexpensive and highly useful way to maintain your mo.

TRIMMING YOUR MOW: Start by cutting along base of your moustache, working your way to the outer edges. To get an even, smooth cut, keep your face neutral when cutting.

USE CONDITIONING BEARD OILS OR BEARD BALMS
