Merkur has been making safety razors in Solingen, Germany for over a century. Known as the "HD" or Heavy Duty among enthusiasts, the 34 INOX has earned its status for both weight and performance. This special edition refines the original with precision-machined stainless steel components — a 1.4305 stainless steel handle and a 316L top plate and comb.
The closed comb design offers forgiving, all-purpose shaving with an easy-to-find angle and superior glide. Presented in a handsome leather case with a pack of blades, the 1896 Special Edition makes an ideal gift or a permanent fixture in any serious shaving kit.
