O'Douds handmakes its vegan, cruelty-free grooming range in its own lab in Houston, Texas, scenting every product with essential oils, absolutes and plant extracts rather than synthetic fragrance. Conditioning Cream is the lightest styler in the range: a leave-in conditioner that gives loose control rather than hold, taming frizz, texture and unwanted volume on long or coarse hair.

Aloe leaf juice forms the base, with shea, cocoa and mango butters, castor oil and panthenol for conditioning. Work it into damp hair to lock in moisture, enhance curls and control frizz, or into dry hair for more grip and less shine. The scent is warm vanilla drawn from natural resins, lifted with mandarin and lime.

How to Use: Scoop out a small amount and spread it lightly across your palms. Work evenly through the hair from back to front, taking care not to apply it all in one area. Use on damp hair for curls and frizz control, or dry hair for more grip. Blow-dry for volume, to lock in curls or to reduce shine.
