HJM nom produce their shaving brushes in Germany using synthetic fibres known for their firmness and durability. The 21mm knot holds a good amount of water and releases it steadily as you build lather, making it particularly well suited to firm soaps. The slightly stiffer bristle action provides a gentle massaging and exfoliating effect on the skin as you work the lather in — a different sensation to softer natural hair brushes, but one that many wet shavers actively prefer. The black resin handle is solid and sits comfortably in the palm. Low maintenance, fast-drying and consistent from the first use to the last.

How to Use: Soak the bristles in warm water for 30 seconds and shake off the excess. Load on your soap or cream, then work into a lather directly on the face or in a bowl. Rinse thoroughly after use and store bristles-down to dry.
