The Beard & Blade Shavette uses standard double edge razor blades, split in half and loaded into the blade arm, giving you the angle, weight and feel of a straight razor shave without the maintenance commitment. The black stainless steel body is well-balanced for a shavette at this price point and holds up to daily use without issue. If you decide straight razor shaving is for you, the technique you build here transfers directly to a full straight razor.

Hold the shavette at approximately 30 degrees to the skin. Use short, light strokes in the direction of hair growth. Let the weight of the razor do the work, no pressure needed. Rinse the blade frequently during the shave and replace when it no longer glides cleanly.
