Tongue cleaning is an Ayurvedic oral detox practice used to remove bacteria from the tongue and in turn, detoxify the body. Done every day, it can lead to better oral health, fresher breath and clearer skin, as toxins don't re-enter the digestive system.
Made from 100% pure copper, unlike stainless steel and plastic products on the market, our tongue cleaner is antimicrobial (prevents the growth of bacteria).
Did you know that at any time you can have up to 20 billion bacteria in your mouth. Some of these bacteria can accumulate to develop a coating on your tongue giving you bad breath and dental decay. Tongue scraping cleans the back of the tongue to prevent the build-up of bacteria and oral plaque, which in turn will give you fresher breath. Copper is a bacteria-resistant metal so our copper tongue cleaner is perfect for the job.

To use: First thing in the morning before brushing and flossing, relax the tongue and use the scraper to scrape from back to front of the tongue, reaching as far back as is comfortable. Repeat five times, rinsing the scraper in between. Use daily.
