Manufactured at Henson’s aerospace facility in Ontario, Canada, this razor is built to AS9100 standards, the same certification used in satellite component production. Blade exposure and blade angle are machined to tolerances as tight as +/-0.00025", ensuring consistent alignment and controlled blade feel.

With a blade exposure of approximately 0.0013" (33 microns) — roughly half the thickness of a human hair — unnecessary blade protrusion is eliminated. The fixed head design incorporates the optimal shaving angle, reducing the learning curve and making the transition from cartridge razors straightforward.

Weighing just 1.3 oz (37g), the AL13 is agile yet stable in hand. The Type II anodised finish enhances durability while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
