Ralf Aust produces every straight razor himself in Solingen, Germany — a true one-man artisan operation where each blade is hand-crafted and hand-honed from premium components. The 5/8" full hollow blade is honed from extra hard carbon steel and arrives factory-honed and shave-ready. The fully-polished blade, French point and glossy black acrylic scales give the razor a clean, classic appearance that suits any shaving setup.

As with all carbon steel straight razors, rinse thoroughly with warm water after shaving, dry carefully without touching the cutting edge, and store open to allow complete drying. Apply acid-free oil if storing for extended periods — allow at least 48 hours between shaves for the edge to realign.
