Taylor of Old Bond Street has been producing shaving products on Jermyn Street since 1854, and Spicy Sandalwood is a warmer, more peppery interpretation of the sandalwood that made the house name. It is a classic fougère, opening on pink pepper, geranium, lavender, rosemary and amber, moving through a heart of carnation, fern and orange blossom, and settling on a sumptuous base of patchouli, sandalwood, vetiver, powdery musk and rock rose. The spice sits over the sandalwood rather than replacing it, giving the cream more warmth and lift than the original while keeping the woody backbone. The cream builds a dense, superbly slick lather from a modest amount of product with outstanding blade glide, and leaves the skin well conditioned after rinsing.

How to Use: Scoop a small amount of cream onto a damp shaving brush or fingertips. Work into a lather directly on the face or in a bowl. Rinse thoroughly after shaving.
