Triumph & Disaster is a New Zealand grooming brand from Auckland, founded by Dion Nash, that pairs native botanicals such as horopito, ponga fern and kawakawa with proven science. Ordinary soap strips the skin of natural oils and leaves it dry and exposed; this cleanser is formulated to avoid that, using tamanu oil, peppermint oil, willow bark extract and bentonite clay to dissolve grime while toning the skin. Salicylic acid gives it a mild clearing action suited to oily, teenage and blemish-prone skin, while tamanu oil, used for centuries in Tahiti, conditions for elastic, supple skin. How to Use: Lather a small amount in damp hands, massage into the face, rinse and repeat if needed. Use daily.
